Oky well i just got back from the army after 6 years of service and all though the post every one drove import's so when i got back home. I went out and got me a eclipse gst turbo 5 speed 1995 .well the kid i bought it from only had it 2 days .
Well i bought it from him brought her home and found some problems maybe serious ??? i put the royal purple in her tune up and cleaned her all up and soon as i started her up i seen nothing but oil and coolant coming out of the dip stick and the spout where u put the oil in had some air pressure coming out of it .Then i thought well the head gasket is out no big deal ill have it fixed then i hear more crap from the auto shops <<<might have a buring up piston ,rings are bad could be a blocked passage ect ect not sure what to do on this can any one shoot me the right way if yea can thanks alot


o and i dont know crap about imports im a mustang guy swaying over to imports now cause man u guys sure can push some serious power out of them and yea dont need a full tank of gas to do it too plus i like them more and more every day ,,, but like i have said to friends it will take me some time but ill learn this one way or anthore

Welcome,but please try and make more sense. Get a manual and start reading,and read as much as you can on the site.

It does sound like a head gasket to me. Or something cracked. You will only know if you pull it all apart.

Another way to test if it the head gasket is to pull off the coolant cap and crank it over. If you see a bunch off coolant blow out you will know the head gasket is screwed.

I'm gonna go ahead and say head gasket and PCV valve your also gonna want to get a Multi Layered Steel head gasket and some ARP head studs for that. Along with new intake gaskets, and a valve cover gasket. You should be all set.
