normal braking ?

When I was driving in the snow the other day I noticed that the back end always wanted to come around when I used the brakes. Is this normal because the back end is so light or do I have a bias problem somewhere? Is it something I need to watch for on dry roads if I would need to brake really hard? It stayed straight for the most part if I just downshifted and compression braked.

Brakes are stock pads with drilled and slotted rotors front and rear. Lowered on dropzone springs and agx's. I also have a welded center diff

With the welded center diff, I think you'll find you are sliding all the wheels to generate that condition. Happens a lot with the Rally cars I service. Everyone thinks the car is faster with a locked center diff, I think they are full of crap. Maybe for drag, but all it does for normal use is create several handling issues like the one you described. Put the viscous back in it for the winter.
