non-turbo high compression pistons

Was curious as to if there were any companies that people on here new of that made a set of 11:1 compression pistons that are just a cast-aluminum piston and not this expensive fancy forged stuff...I'm considering putting a high compression non-turbo motor together and that's why otherwise I'd go with forged. Just a little summer experiment. Might throw a bottle on it too who knows...Anyway, yeah anyone know of any brands. It'd be sweet if NPR made a set. I'll probably give them a call Monday if no one on here knows....

Cast pistons are only going to be available in standard compression configurations. These aftermarket companies aren't going to put tons of R&D into developing a set of high-compression cast pistons that sell for $75/set.

You can work with getting the head milled a much as possible before the pistons contact the valves....that would effectively raise the compression ratio while using a standard cast piston.

yeah that was option number dos but i wanted to try and stay away from slimming the head down. I suppose shaving a little off wouldn't be too bad. Then have the block bored .030 over or so...I'd just like to build a non-turbo daily driver that has around 200 - 220 horse...
