What are your current mods?
And as far as going spray on the stock pistons....um you may not like to hear it but I would definitely swap your pistons/rods with"SOHC Neon"pistons/rods. that would lower your compression,
9.6:1 with stock DOHC pistons/DOHC head
vs
9.0:1 with SOHC pistons/DOHC head
witch would also give 420A's the ability to run higher boost levels with a budget.

I don't know about 9.0:1, but with the SOHC piston you should be around something like 9.2:1 - 9.3:1 depending on how many thousandths your head is decked from stock. I know with the SOHC neon guys it's a bit of a benefit for the DOHC pistons witch take them to 10.2:1 - 10.3:1 compression over stock (9.8:1) for N/A applications. Regardless of the compression ratio, your still limited to 300chp (depending on what shape your engine is in / fuel management used), making forged pistons/rods the best way to go for force induction. However; the SOHC pistons will allow you to have more room for error; tuning wise witch is good, especially if one is running the stock PCM.
Just my .02
