No Vacuum

Can someone tell me why my car has no Vacuum at idle. when it's warm? At cold start its around 12 in-Hg. Once warm 0. I have done my leak tests, change the tb gaskets, tb shaft o-rings. injector 0-rings/isolators.

Please help. Any suggestions would be great.

When you shut the car off, where does your boost gauge rest at? Is it zero'd or in boost/vacuum?

Boost gauge is at 0 when car is off

If you tee-d into the fuel pressure solenoid, you probably tee-d into the wrong side.

Right on, though 15 hg indicates vacuum leak. How much pressure was the system able to hold and for how long during your last leak test?

idle is around 800 rpm. The system holds 15 psi

Where are you measuring vacuum from? What fitting?

Is the original line kinking where it bends onto the intake plenum?
