Just like it title says, the other day i was driving, and i think i heard a poping sound not really sure. But anyway, car seemed to have a loss of power, didnt want to rev up, no boost, and a horrible idle.

At first i thought it was a blown head gasket, but i did a compression test today and all 4 for at 150 across the board, (oh yea the car has a 6 bolt swap with a 93/94 cas). I also checked the hoses and i didnt look like any were loose/off. As for what else to do im pretty muched stumped and i am a noobie when it comes to mechanics. And for everyone that somes do some searches, i have and nothing really seems to fit with my exact problem.

Thanks,

Dan.

Do a boost leak test. If you heard a pop it may have been a coupler or line coming loose. Do this, fix the ones you find and I am sure this will take care of your problem.

yea, i goto find a way to get my dads air compressor to my house.
