no vacuum, always boosting, no power

as soon as i tap the gas even in neutral the car goes from -5vac to boosting. it runs like crap and from the looks of it i dont have a vacuum leak. its a brand new 6bolt and has been running fine up until it rained the other day and usually in the past i had to take the gm maf off to clean it out because of the condensation... what would cause this vacuum issue? also it idles like it wants to die out

RESOLVED!

Domino affect... i blew the maf off the piping... hit the cas and made it run like crap. the running rich part was cleared up after the condensation was removed from system and the maf cleaned.

You have to clean the maft each time it rains? That sounds like it would be annoying.
