No start problem

Ok i was driving my car the other day around in the rain and it started sputtering and died I started it and it died again over and over. I started it one last time and gave it a little gas and it sputter I had to keep giving it gas to get home and it could only go 20 to 30 miles and hour. I have a safc and logger I was looking at them and the hz signal on the logger was 0 and 3 on the safc and didnt move so is my maf bad. Its a 2g maf also

i would say yes maf is bad but since it was raining just make sure there is no moisture in the connector
