Alright guys, my frustration level is building and this problem is starting to stump me. I've searched and tried different things but I haven't figured out whats wrong yet, heres what happened...

A few days ago I was leaving work, got in my car started it up and let it idle for about a minute like usual but while it was idling it just cut off. I turned it back on it fired right back up and I let it sit for another 30 seconds or so, it did the same thing. Turned it back on again and it stayed running this time and I made it home.

Next day had no problems until I was leaving work again. Did the same thing once in the parking lot while it was idling, started it back up no problem. This time when I left it died while I was driving. I coasted to stop and fired it back up, it was harder to start this time but it eventually did, but it only ran for about 10 seconds then cut off again. I tried firing it back up but it wouldn't turn back on this time so I call a tow truck. About an hour goes by and I'm finally home after the tow. I decide to try starting it to pull it in the driveway instead of pushing it, fires right up and I pull it into the driveway and let it idle for at least 15 minutes. The rest of the day it was very sporadic, sometimes it would fire right up, other times it would take a while but it would fire and then it just stopped starting all together which is where I'm at now.

I've changed the fuel filter, checked the fuel line, the pump is definitely pressurizing it and sending fuel.
I have spark
Checked the spark plugs they are bone dry, it seems the injectors are not firing because I have fuel at the fuel rail.
I tried swapping ECU's and still nothing.

I'm a little stumped at the moment as to what happened to make it not want to start randomly and then just stop starting all together.

Info on the car:
95 Eagle talon tsi
rebuilt 7 bolt around 15k
150k on chassis

If there is any more relevant information you need let me know. Thanks in advance.

You can put a test light on the injector plug and see if it's getting key'd on positive and then test the gnd on the plug while a friend is cranking. If it were a CAS problem it would cut spark as well.

So you're saying if the CAS went bad I wouldn't have spark either? I have spark, good spark so is it safe to rule out the CAS?

I am leaning toward the injector resistor pack as the more I read the more it sounds like thats what is causing the problem

I'll see if I can borrow a test light, I have a multimeter but from what I've read it won't process the voltage change fast enough, plus I haven't had anyone around to help me
