no running lights, please help

i have a 91 talon and earlier adn earlier today just before it got dark out. i was at the gas station getting gas. i get in to leave start the car up, turn on the head lights. the lights were half way up, and pop. now i have no headlights tailights, dashlights. i do however still hae reverse lights brake lights, and turn signals. the lights don't even come on when i flip on high beams. i did the obvious and checked the fuses. i actually replaced them all since i had no tester and was stuck in the gas station parking lot. and still nothing. i left it there for the night and i am going to go get it tomorrow when it is light out. any one have any input please. i am assuming a relay, but i couldn't do anything in the dark so some help please. thank you

Check your headlight relay- A-03x(under hood),daytime running light relays(c-34x and c-35x)The runing light relays are in car if I remember correct.
Also check fuses #10 and #3(in car)
