Rear Running Lights not working! Help!

I don't know whats going on, my rear running lights aren't working. Anyone know why this would be. I checked the bulbs, their all fine. Anyone know whats going on????

I found out I have a wire grounding out somewhere. The fuse keeps blowing everytime I put a good one in and turn the lights on. Anyone else have this happen? I checked the wires in back, they look ok. I checked the wires going to the fuse box, seems ok. Where else should I look?
