No power, no start! Wtf!?!

Well I was on my way to work and, while I was on the Express way bumping to my new Kickers and the car just DIED... Radio cut off and it wouldnt start back up. Had my boy come and give me a jump. AND NOTHING, so i swap the battery and NOTHING. So we pushed it off the Xpressway and got it towed to a "so-called" electric tech... AND this ass couldnt find out what was wrong. He told me it keeps blowing the 30amp Ignition fuse. I still get power to my door chimes and interior lights. But the car WONT start... So if it is this 30amp Ignition fuse that keeps blowing everytime the car starts, what can be causing this, because this is reallllyy killing me I havent drove in a week.. PLEASEEE shed some light!!

Check the connections to the amplifier, as well as all the wiring that goes to it. Make sure the positive cable isn't crimped in between the seats or something. Also how did you route your positive cable? I bet the positive cable is getting grounded somewhere.

I disconnected the system. AND NOTHING.. Can it be th Alternator?
