ECUflash no parameters in ecuflash

Exactly as title states. I have a 99 gsx with with case id md359403. Whenever I read from the ecu it only gives me the rom info, no parameters at all. I tried using the three different ecu's that might work for my car but still, nothing. Which one do I select? MH7203FA? or MH7203F? Or what?

I'm sure I am missing something stupid, but what that stupid thing is I don't know.

The ecu id in the rom info is blank.

This may seem silly but, are you using an Openport 2.0 cable?

Yeah, I guess I didn't have the xml file.
