So I have searched quite a bit on my problem and haven't found much:banghead:. So my problem is that none of my interior lights will turn on no matter what I do with the dimmer switch. I also DO NOT have a radio in my car so I'm wondering if the radio maybe has a wire that illuminates everything?:idontknow: The last time the lights worked were when it had a radio. Also the dimmer switch never worked before then so is there any way to bypass it?

Unplug the dimmer switch connector under the dash. It should be a 4 pin inline connector with 3 wires on it - black with yellow stripe, black, and green with white stripe. On the harness side plug, jumper the black with yellow stripe wire to the black wire. The dash lights should now go on full when taillights are on.

Alright thanks I'll try that today.
First, have you checked all fuses and relays?
Yes all of the fuses and relays are good.

So I went outside when it was 4 out when I had the time to and found this:banghead:. I bought this GST from a typical ricer and I should've expected something like this:ohdamn:. They must've tapped into all of this for a stereo or something but you can tell it's not factory. Also a yellow wire seems to be cut and there is a relay missing:(. I might be wrong as in my daily has open spots where a relay would go but doesn't. Help me please:cry::dsm:

The green wire is coming from the fuse box and the Black is ground. The other green is tapped into the OBD2 I'm pretty sure. My car actually does have an alarm because if you lock it from the outside you can see the security light pop up on the dash. I may be wrong but who knows, I'm trying to get all these little riced out mishaps done with.

There is a green-white power wire from fusebox to dimmer switch (and dash lights) which is also ok to use as power for radio, etc.
Since you've got the "theft alarm starter relay A/T" relay I assume you've got an A/T so that one is used for the alarm.

None of the DSMs I've ever owned came with a stereo from the PO's and I never had interior lighting issues. Are there any other electrical issues going on with your car? If so, they could be linked...
