No Gears

What is says, my auto trans has no gears at all what is the problem?

Check the fluid level.

all good I think it might be the wiring is it possible to mix them up?

The transmission will still go in gear regardless. It just will be in limp mode if there is any wiring or electronic issues and will only have 3rd gear and reverse.

What is the condition of the fluid? Is it still red or is it brown?

Is the linkage doing what it needs to do? Moving the tranny into gear when the lever is moved?

Its brand new fluid so red and it has does nothing when I try to shift it.
