no data coming up on logger...

I recently did a rebuild and once that was done my logger and mitsu scan tool would not work. Then I found out my ECU was shot since my car wouldnt start anymore and I was getting a message, "no ecu communication" on my logger. I replaced the ECU and now my mitsubishi scan tool can communicate and get data from ecu but my logger comes up with nothing. It says "check the connection". The program comes up, pocketlogger, but no data. The only other thing I did was install a AFC (4 button style). Please help!

Did you by chance replace the batteries since you last used the logger? If so, did you put your user number back in? It won't work without it! I fought like crazy for an hour or so trying to get it to work before I realised what the prob was...
