No boost after 2G MAS install

My car ran fine with the stock MAS. After I installed the new 2g mas, the car will no make boost. It has almost no power. I had to unbolt my wastegate actuator so that the intake would fit, I did not disconnect the pin attaching it to the turbo though. Could that be the cause?

bolt the actuator back up, the flapper is open.
