nitrous jet help

OK guys I know you get a ton of these posts. I have searched for 2-3 hours now and cant find what I want.

I bought a used nos wet single fogger kit from a guy that had it on a civic. It has a 030 nitrous jet, and a 022 fuel jet.
My car runs about 50-55psi of fuel pressure and i was wondering what that jet setup as listed converts too as in shot size? (small i know)
And what jets i would need for a 50 and a 75 shot

As for comparison, I'm currently running a # 40 nitrous jet and a # 21 fuel jet on my set up for a wet 75 shot.
