.28 is a good spot!
 
Depends on how much boost your running. Example, Im running 36psi on NGK B8RES gapped to .22. On my GT40, I ran the same thing @ 33psi, and on my SCM61 @ 29psi, I ran NGK BPR7ES .27-.28
 
You guys are off by an order of magnitude. For example, it's not .28, but rather .028".
