newb question on tuning.

i am getting ready to install my pte 680's so i can run more than 10psi on my evo16g.
i have a safc, logger and a zeitronix o2 gauge..i have been reading for the past several weeks,and basically i just tune for a good timing curve and no knock on my WOT pulls? and also tune to get around 100% for my low-mid-high trims? should i even worry about my o2's if i am getting no knock? i do not have an EGT guage,but do i REALLY need one? thanks alot for the advice

If you have a wideband then you don't need to worry about the stock o2 sensor readings...

i dont have a wideband.the o2 gauge i have displays the voltage.
