new to the forum, wanted to say hi

hey guys, i'm new to the forum. i have a 99 GSX, only mod is an Injen intake and some little things like projector headlights and taillights. i have a ton of stuff on my wish list, but funds are low. i am somewhat new to the DSM family, so any suggestions or info would definetely be appreciated. thanks a lot

ok this might be a dumb question, but when racing at a track, should you do anything with the overdrive on an auto? (yeah i know, i have an auto. dont bash me too much please)

That is my setup I love the HKS SSQ BOV, it's really loud even when its recirculated. I also have the Greddy type 24 r FMIC and injen intake. I went with the tanabe medallion racing spec exhaust, because I like the angled look of the exhaust out the back. Just me I guess, cause I don't see them on other eclipses.

haha thanks a lot, yeah i've looked into Tunabe, but i'm still looking at others, plus i dont have the money yet yes i am a girl, i was tryin to keep it on the DL, b/c i wanted to be taken seriously! who else is a girl?

aww haha thank you, but i am taken. some of you might know who he is... he has a custom built black 300ZX TT, been in a lot of mags, runs low 11's, i'm not braging, i just thought maybe some of you might have heard of him.

Yep! Bringing a couple of friends along too and caravaning down there. My friend with the turbo integra is building up his psyche to be able to handle the booing he will receive from the DSM's

i'm not sure how far i am from there either, but i think that's near baltimore, right? so about 1-1/2 hours
thats far for me. but if you guys arange a meet sometime for a weekend, i might be able to make it... there's a couple gs-t's and gsx's around my way, but i dont think they're too into their cars.

I used to drive, the tri-state area everyday. So i had to pass Newark every morning. It only takes 40 min from GB and that's in a truck governed at 60mph. Just keep an eye on the Meets and events forum and you will know when something is coming up.
