2G new oem tob making noise after install

after oem flywheel teeth wore out, I replaced it with a lightweight Fidanza. I installed a new oem tob and its already making noise. anybody have an idea why

what type of noise? goes is go away when the clutch is depresses

Yes it does it sounds just like an old throw out bearing would make. Almost identical to the one I replaced which had starter teeth metal and flywheel metal contaminating it. Is it possible that the retaining clip came off would that cause it to make noise
