Question 1:
I just got done putting my motor back in my car and now i have an issue with the clutch, I hooked the line up and filled the resovoir with fluid but the fluid is just sitting there, it wont go down into the line, i pump the clutch pedal and still nothing. I opened up the bleeder screw and pumped and still nothing came out. What is going on?

Question 2:
When I turn the key to the on poistion i can here what sounds like the fuel pump hum in the tank, its just a constant stead hum, almost like its stuck or something. I have an afpr and otherwise stock fuel setup, stock pump and 450cc injectors. Is there a relay that may be bad?

Is the clutch master cylinder new? How about the lines? If they are not new then I would guess the m/c may be going bad. If it is new then it is probably just vapor locked. Did you bench bleed the system before you installed it? Crack open the lines at the m/c and see if you can get any fluid there. If you do then open the line at the slave to see if you get fluid there. Once it is there then you can bleed the system. It may take a while to get all of the air out.

The pump should come on when the key is turned to the run position but it should knock off once the pressure gets built up in the lines. When the car is cranked it should then get constant voltage and run all of the time. You may have a relay going bad.

i wonder if there wasnt something i did to the afpr when i hooked it up, the guage read about 20psi but obviously that isnt near enough. Fuel came out of the afor when i unplugged the return line so there has to be fuel getting there

I have got the clutch to bleed but i still cant get it to turn over, the battery is charged up and everything is good there. I can hotwire the starter and get the motor to turn over there but when I go to turn the key still nothing happens, i just here the relay click. Anyone have any ideas on what the issue may be? I still have a few connectors that i do not have plugged in but I should have a few left over as I removed my a/c, egr, and installed a mbc. Please help! I want to get this running before winter!
