So im going nuts with this car I put a new motor in, had to redo the cam gears and the timing is on if the oil pump was out would that blow my headgasket. I read something about checking the timing on the oil pump with a screw driver i dont think it should matter but I dont know how the gasket blew... And the car was running for 20 minutes i didnt even drive it...

Replace with a three layer and make sure the bolts are torqued in the proper order and specification. In order to blow the HG this fast you had to have a ridiculous boost spike or it wasn't properly installed.

yea so the issue with the oil pump doesnt have anything to do with blowing the head gasket... im in the midst of building a head i have a mls gasket and head bolts but i dont wanna throw it on and it blow apart again...

A local by me! Don't use a MLS head gasket unless you get BOTH the head and block resurfaced properly (not belt sanded) to ensure a good seal. You said you didn't do the work, take it back to who did and have them fix it at their cost.
