I'm not sure why it is knocking. Maybe a loose/bad sensor. Your injectors are really being pushed. How long till you get bigger injectors? For the hp estimate you need to set drivetrain loss to 0. Hit f4 click on hp once and then click on props. Also yes the hp estimate will be different in third.

I should have my 750's back any day now. I will check out the knock sensor tommorrow. I'm also doing another boost leak test. I think i just sprung another one

Also if you go to the airflow props and switch it to lb's you can get an estimate of the kind of power the car is making.

I took another look at your logs and saw that the knock is a constant 3.2 degrees. This means either your knock sensor is unplugged or there is a short or disconnection in the knock sensor wire. When there is no signal from the knock sensor to the ecu 3.2 is the default setting.

So put your timing back at 0 and find the problem.
