Make sure the spark plugs are gapped correctly, the plug wires are inserted on the coil and plugs tightly, and all other electrical connections are sound. Check for vacuum leaks, and make sure the camshaft position sensor is plugged in.

OBD-II Trouble Code: P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected

Code 300 is random cylinder misfire, 301 is misfire cylinder 1, 302 = misfire cyl 2, 303 = cyl3 and 304 = misfire cyl4.... I agree that you need to check plug gap, also make sure you have the right plugs (NOT AUTOLITE!) ... double check to make sure you routed the plug wires from the coil to the right plugs. Also check to make sure the wiring harness going into the coil is plugged in all the way, and the pins in the connector are not bent. I have actually seen that

Check the timing... My timing moves off a tooth or two when I applied the tensioner, bought a cam lock and came out alright.
