new engine rebuild but starts lagging under boost.help!

Hello all. I just had my engine rebuilt with eagle rods,je pistons. It has most of the good stuff fmic,keydiver,new 20g,new act 2600 yada yada. I have put 300 miles on it now and started to boost a little.yesterday the wideband read a little lean @ 11.5 , today i got on it a little more and it bogged bad and the wideband read some scary high numbers. It starts a little rough,but purrs at idle. i was running 15psi.Scared! Help..can't afford it anymore.

Do you have a data logger?? Have you tested for boost leaks?? It's easy to over look the little things after doing all that at once.
