I had to sell my laser when my mom backed into it at 30 mph with her jeep, so ive been away from the DSM scene. I recently got a chance to get another one when a high bidder failed to pay. Its a 1990 Gst witha 93 front end conversion, i paid 700 dollars for it, list of problems, headlights dont work, speedo doesnt work, little things , but it smokes really bad
of course when i test drove it , it didnt do much
when the oil pressure is high, smoke bellows out of the tailpipe, when tis towards the L, the smoke stops, I dont know if its turbo seals or what? Valve cover gasket, i only had a few hours to look at the car cause i had to go back to college, but i am coming home in abou ta week for thanksgiving, and i want to have a plan of attack, where should i start, there is oil everywhere , any ideas, seen these symptoms before?
