New Clutch Recommendation

I know this has been beat to death, and ive done a bunch of searches, but cant really find the answer im looking for

ive got a 93 gsx (7 bolt, 4 bolt), and my clutch is utterly shot. Im going to buy an ACT clutch, but need to decide between the 2100 and the 2600. My car is stock, except free mods, and a manual boost controller. Ill do occasional street racing, and rally crossing, but probly wont make my car incredibly fast...i know i wont be pushing 300 for a long time.

I wanted to know how the 2100 stands up to launches, and rallying with the AWD car.

but i also wanted to know how much heavier the 2600 is than stock.

Any help would be super apreciated

go for the 2100 it will hold up well and not have a super haevy feal of a racing clutch good for a daily driver and occasional hard driving

There have been many threads on this subject between the 2100 and 2600. The determining factor in both have been what your drivetrain is. If you have FWD you want 2100 if you have the AWD you want the 2600.

I would go with the 2600 for the price. It feels great and grabs like a beast. I know I got an AWD tranny in my FWD, but that is not the reason for me getting the 2600. I got it because it is the stronger of the 2.

Decide what you want out of your car. If you are only going to make the type of power the 2100 "can" handle then go with it. If not, go with the 2600.
