Alright Then,
I'm in my warehouse installing the new clutch and I just pulled the starter motor. It's covered in thick black soot/grease. Is that usual or am I getting ready to see a super dead clutch? ;P [BTW - I'm referring to the actual gear portion of the starter].
If anyone has any tips/tricks to let me in on, I guess nows the time please ;D Also, Just as a double-check, we use ATF+4 in our trannies right? If not, theres a parts store up the street, but I just read somewhere that things like BG Synchro, etc will destroy our 'paper-lined' synchro's. Thanks ahead of time for any help / advice I can get ;D
Chris.
