New Alpine system problems

I installed my new alpine cda-105, type s 6 inch door speakers, tweeters, and type s 6 x 9's.

When i turn it on the radio says DC ERROR.

It was working perfectly with just the radio in and no speakers, but now when everything is hooked up it doesnt even play out of the speakers , just my subwoofers( two 10's)

id double check your wireing. i would take all your speaker wires off and go from there leave the unit on and connect each speaker to the unit and see if it is a specific speaker or maybe another issue.

also i would make sure no wires are exposed snd grounding on anthing. also try disconecting your amp. make sure your getting propper voltage to the head unit min 9volts usually they shut off at 9.8vlts should be 12.4-14vlts

sorry guys, yeah my wires were touching some of the body.

And this is by far the best system I ever had

Alpine Type S 6.5 door speakers and tweeters, Type S 6 x 9's and and some old 10 inch rockford fosgates with a RF amp.
