if i were to race this neon in my town, would i be able to beat him stock, or would i need some mods?

Dumb response. The SRT4, although not a car high on my list, is far from a normal neon.
Anyway, this thread will probably be locked for bench racing.

You will lose, the SRT-4 is the fastest car under 20k and run 13.5 stock. But we dont speak of bench racing around these parts

Zoom, they do not run 13.50s stock. More like 14.10-14.40s with the Quaife diff.

very few have, but some have done 13.6 bone stock. i have seen the slip

The fastest I've ever seen a stock srt 4 run is a 14.1....but granted about a half hour later i saw a heavily modded one run a 13.8. Its all in the driver my friend

Ok Im not sure of what times srt-4's run stock in a 1/4 mile but I ran a 12.629 last week and i got beat by a stock srt-4 from a 40mph roll. But if you wanna run him do it from the start not from a rollin start. And don't race him for $$ or pinks. !!! From the line there not that fast in the 1/4 but they are the kings of rollin start.
