Neo afc correction above max rpm range?

If i intend to shift at say 6500 and my correction is -20 at that rpm. Do need to set rpm points above 6500 rpm in case i over rev a lower gear or miss a shift?

Or will it just continue to give -20 correction past 6500rpm. My unit has been flashed. Currently i have points at 6500. 7000, and the last one at 7500. I would like to use those rpm points at lower rpms.

Thanks, i apologize for doing minimal searching.

whatever your corrction is at those upper levels of rpm is what correction you will get...depending on your rev limit? if its at around stock.. 7400ish just set your last correction point at 7000, everything above 7000 will be what correction you have for 7000.
