need turbo parts

I need to finish my turbo. I have a HX40w 60mm compressor housing with a HY40 cast titanium 7 blade compressor wheel. For spare turbos I have a h1c 8 blade vee band compressor housing,18^2 t3turbine housing a he 341 and a he351. I don't believe I can use any of the parts off of these other turbos?? I need cartridge housing, turbine housing, turbine shaft to finish my HXY40 turbo. I've been told the BAE turbine shaft is not a adequate part, who should I get one from? What about the BAE cartridge housing? I'm also in need of a 17,18,19 cm^2 non wastegated turbine housing ( T3 or T4 ) are there any benefits to running a T4 vs.T3 of similar size?
