need tq specs on some things... V. rebuild

so i spun a bearing a few weeks ago, and instead of taking out the motor and all that I'm just gonna take off the oil pan and throw a new set of bearings in it.

i need the correct torque specs of the 6 bolt block girdle, the rod cap bolts, and whatever else is down there. (oil pickup bolts maybe? )

if anyone has a link to a decent manual, I'd appreciate it.
