Need to Rewire with a 255 Walbro?

Evo III 16g
Ported/Tapped Manifold (EGT probe/gauge not yet installed)
3" Turbo-back
MBC @ 14 psi (pretty bad Fuel Cut here in WI)
Safc
Boost Gauge
Pocketlogger Datalogger

About to be installing:

upgraded plugs/wires
2g MAS w/Dejon Pipe
650cc injectors (haven't decided which yet)
255 Walbro Fuel Pump

Question(s)

What's the difference between the 255lph Walbro and the 255hp Walbro fuel pumps?

Do I need to install the fuel pump rewire kit when using a 255 (lph or hp) Walbro fuel pump on a relatively low boost setup (around 16-18 psi, 93 octane) ??

One is a high pressure unit, just get the regular 255 pump.
You will also need an AFPR.
You don't have to rewire it.

With a setup like that I dont' see you outflowing a 255lph pump on stock wiring.
