need to lube window tracks what to use

my windows have a hard time getting up sometimes especially when its cold outside so i figure why not try to lube them up a little....i have powere windows so i was wondering what can use on the tracks and what will get inside the door the easiest..thanks

You can use NuVinyl, anti-static armor all and dielectric grease it wont gum up if put on lightly and rubbed off. (courtesy of Vfaq.)

Silicone spray lubricant is good for this, and the Porsche people say Wurth is an excellent product, although it doesn't have a very long service life, couple of months or so.
Also, don't try to run the window up all at once. Give it a blip to bring it up a couple of inches, let the motor "rest" a count of five, and then finish.

Defiant I thought you would get this one,

White Lithium grease is what you should use for door things,
Your window tracts, door latches, and all the other junk that moves in there.
Its a nasty white grease that wont wash off, that silicone stuff will just dry out, thats why it doesnt last.

btw, what nube said, dielectric means its non-conductive, thats why you will see your window motor(should) be packed with the stuff.

White lithium grease will attack the rubber track, and make it swell. It's great for use on the metal bits, and on the sunroof tracks, but not on rubber.
