Need some opinions

I had my head rebuilt 2 days ago and put it on now the engine shakes and sounds and acts like when the water and gas mix together im guessing I have bad valves? no smoke from exhaust just buffing also it just started once thats all I cranked it a few times and cranks normal but wount start I really miss driving my car also the car has like this kinda stroker sound :/ any opinion helps thanks!!!

Thanks well now the only problem I have is the squeaking noise thats coming from the power steering pump I turn on the car and sounds loud once the car is at normal temperature the squeal is hardly hearable :/ just fixing that and I have a perfect car bak again
