Need some input on this turbo

I bought this T3/T4 off a guy on this board about a year ago. The brand is turbonetics, but I don't know what kind. I blew the center cartridge out and don't know if all the turbonetic centers are the same or not on the T3/T4's. I need to rebuild the center so I can slap it back on my car soon. Here are the numbers I pulled off the turbo itself.

Blue plate on the intake side: 20604 (Assumed batch number?)
Backside of compressor housing: 30497-E60 (60 Trim?)

Anyone that can help me identify this turbo so that I can get a replacement center would be appreciated. Also, does anyone know of a source to get the centers from. I know turbonetics directly is one source. Thanks!!!

Lets put it this way. I bought the turbo knowing it was a T3/T4 from turbonetics with a 60 trim, however the guy told me it was a ball bearing center, well I know what a ball bearing center sounds like when shut off and this cartridge sounded nothing like it, so with that said I got taken and need to make sure i get the right replacement center. I will call turbonetics and see what they can do for me. Thanks.
