hi, I just got a 92 eagle talon tsi 5-speed..... (Lucky, huh... LOL..)... but I am planning on building it to around 350hp, maybe 400.... what type of work am I looking at??? Cams, Turbo, Exhaust, Intake, Fuel system, Drivetrain, Intercooler.... etc..... Will I have to go into the motor any??? I want to make Good power, without pulling the motor out of the car... possible???and any suggestions on the parts I should buy???

Thanks for any help!!!

start off by doing the preventive maintance things like checking compression, oil leaks, clutch, and thats shit works. then goto the different vender sites and look at the build up steps, they will give you an idea of what to expect.

Use the search on here there have been lots of questions like this in the past.

you can reach your goal of 300-400hp with out even touchig the motor. Turbo, injectors,f-pump, intercooler, exhuast and a good fuel conrtol system and your there. DSMlnk or datalogger also will help with tunning.

should I get a turbo intake tube with or without the blow off valve tube??? I like the way it sounds without the BOV hooked up, but I have heard that it is better to run it so the BOV recirculates back into the turbo.... True???

thanks again!!!

also, when I am going really slow (Like through a parking lot...) the rearend seems to lock up one wheel for some reason... my brother said it might have a chipped spider gear.... could this cause this??? any more things this could be??? it locks up the left rear wheel... had the cv's replaced, and all bearings are new... ....

Thanks for any help!!! :talon:
