i am rebuilding my 1g 4g63t i want to know whats the best parts i can buy for the motor wanting to make like 300-400 whp let me know if you have any good tips

Stock internals will handle that. Just make sure you use ARP head studs. Or you can always throw in forged pistons. Then you can always throw in forged rods. It's really up to you and your budget. Is this a 6 bolt or 7?

For that amount of power taking for granted all parts in there now are good enough to re-use, I'd just slap on new Piston rings, main bearings, rod bearings. Then top it off with head gasket of your choice with ARP studs. Good to go my friend. Happy boosting.
