need some help with my ECU

okay so I finally found the ecu in a box of parts today (i bought my car in pieces) and this may sound like a stupid question but can you tell if a ecu has been tuned? I just want to make sure its stock. It looks nice still but the warranty seal on it has been broken.

Only an Eprom ecu (Ecu with an Eprom chip in it) can be "tuned." The ecu above is a non-Eprom ecu and it cannot be tuned.
