Need some help with exhaust/engine/brakes

heres the deal-i want to replace my muffler and the little pipe that is welded to it, but the bolts are rusted beyond belief...what can I do to get the bolts off? i have tried wd-40 but it didnt work...i would also like to know what brand of muffler would be good for a deep sound and a lil hp gain...also, the other day my friend told me i had some blue smoke coming from my exhaust when i took off(not flooring it, 3k rpm shifts)...does that mean i am running rich?? what can I do to fix this problem? and my last problem is that my front left brake is squieking when i am driving and gets louder when i apply the brakes...i just had a shop turn the front rotors...could they have done something wrong? any help would be appreciated, if you can answer any of the questions please do...thanks guys..

You may have to drill the rusted bolt out...or, if you have the room, you might try a "nut splitter" on the nut.
I've found WD40 to be pretty useless. Try PB Blaster -- spray some on the bolts everyday for about a week, you might get lucky.

alright...i was kinda afraid of that...i have been helping my friend do the exact same thing, and i was hoping i wouldnt have to cut em all and drill them out...looks like it might be the only option...thanks...
