Need some help on tuning

Alright so i finally gathered all the parts for a 16g install.

190lph
16g
660cc injectors
SAFC (I know but its gotta work for now)
AEM wideband

I cant seem to get a straight answer on how to read wideband readings. So im pretty sure anything above 14.7 is running lean and anything below is rich. 11 is too rich im thinking. What should my readings say when idling ,cruising, and wot??

11ish is where you wanna be at wot
dont know much about tuning soo cant really answer about cruise
14.7 is where you should be around idle

14.7 works for cruise as well.

14.7 at idle and cruise. 11.5 is the ideal number for WOT unless you really wanna push it. Thats considered to be a safe tune. Also note that you want your AFRs to change while your driving for example if you take off and give it more then just a little gas then it should lower into the 13s until you reach your desired speed and let of the throttle a little.
