i need some help tuning

so i bought a 91 talon tsi awd and put it back together and now i have no idea what im doing could someone take a look at this log and help me out?

First off, you are picking up way to much knock! It looks like it happens as soon as you hit the throttle.

I noticed you have two check engine codes, the engine coolant temp sensor, which will make you run really rich and give you poor gas mileage.

The second is the CAS, which is a big problem. Your timing will be all over the place and your car will run very crappy, if it even runs that is. Usually a bad CAS, will not even enable a car to start.

I would take care of those problems before you proceed to tune the car.

it does run, i actually changed the cas because the car wouldnt start, now it starts but it runs real crappy.

you need to log your combined fuel trims, get your airflow per rev down to about .25 as you are around .60 at idle, when you get your airflow per rev down to .25 work on getting combined fuel trims to around 0. Watch the tutorial videos on ecmlinks site and you shouldnt have any prolems

Do a boost leak test, most of the time this is the biggest problem for a turbocharged car.

Looks like your running a 1g maf, correct? If so, you have a lot of correction on it. Is it hacked? If no then there is no need to have that much correction on it.

it has a gm maf with translator.

im gonna try and get a new coolant temp sensor and a new CAS this week.

well i replaced the cas and the cts, but i have a bad oil leak now. i think its my cam seals, should be replacing those tonight.
