need smog help

Does anyone know of a smog "hook up" anywhere in SD my check.engine light is on and won't go away, I just really want to keep my car I've already put in A LOT of work into it to just lose it to a junkyard or something please if anyone knows PM me PLEASE

Lol... On Facebook these people were just asking for smog help... Go to San Diego Wednesday meet post and add Edwin! Then join the meet group and ask for the location !

I also need to smog a car, but expect it to pass. Any suggestions on a place that won't be super duper strict (slight exhaust leak before the turbo). I just want to smog this before I have to go get another moving permit, I have the new exhaust manifold with gasket but the turbo has a seized bolt so its a longer project than the 1 day I have left on my current moving permit.

I'm looking for a legal smog. My car should pass as I drove it around yesterday and the exhaust manifold doesn't leak once its warm. Just looking for some place thats chill and not full of idiots.
