Need help with my profec b

I’m having some problems with my profec-b, I’m only boosting 15 on high and low no matter what I have the dials set to. I have it set all the way to sharp and it doesn’t seem to help. My mods are: Walbro 255, RC 550's, Greddy 18g, Greddy Front Mount, Greddy Type S, Greddy Intercooler piping, Greddy Intake, Greddy Profec-B, S-AFC, 3inch Greddy Turbo Back exhaust with Apexi can, Unorthodox underdrive pulleys. My plugs are good, I don’t have a boost leak and I don’t have an exhaust leak. I’m thinking that it may be my AFC settings. Thanks for any advice in advance.

How much boost do you get if you turn the controller off?

You may need to adjust the wastegate arm.

Go into problem diagnosis in the newbie forum. There are 2 recent forums in there explaining how to run the vacuum lines and such. I would research in there.
