Need help with my 50 trim setup, what do i need?

hi everyone i have a 95 gst with 16g turbo and basic bolt ons such a exhaust etc. i still have the smic. im a bit of of newb and i wanna get all the supporting mods and make sure my car is done right. anyway i plan on picking up ecm link and wide band along with along with garret t3t4 57 trim. what turbo manifold is best for this setup, and what else would i need besides fmic any info would help. thanks in advance (im looking to make 350 to 400 whp)

Do yourself a favor, and stay away from that 57 trim. Pick up a tdo6h 20g. It'll reach your power goals plus some, and not quite as laggy as the 57 trim. Plus you can't kill an mhi turbo

You're not going to make much more power with the 57-trim than you would with the 16G. Definitely not worth the parts needed to get it to fit your car (manifold, wastegate, oil lines, etc).

im trying to stay below 3,000 i need other things for my car as well such as new upper control arm bushings, alignment, mounts, fmic,ecu,wideband, and would like to get a 2gb conversion done. im not in a rush to make 400 whp or 350 whp i just want the car to be solid. if i have a turbo on that can reach my power goals maybe later on if i save more i can get more mods and raise the boost to reach my power goals. the turbo i have now is an ebay 16g with damaged compressor wheel, so doing a turbo swap is a must.
