I also posted this on ECMtuning forum but have not had a response yet. So im trying to dial in the duty cycle on this solenoid: A duty cycle of 93.8 yields only 14psi, while the next duty cycle up of 95.8 yields over 25psi. Why do I have such a narrow window to work in and there is no "middle ground" I have also tried error correction but it doesn't seem to matter at all. I have searched and searched but cannot find a clear answer. I just want a steady 20psi like I had with my mbc, with the ability to run wastegate in 1st gear.

After checking the vacuum lines at least 3 times in the past, this time I realized the boost and wastegate lines were swapped. Just goes to show it never hurts to check, re-check, and check again. Stupid on my part. I guess I also assumed that since boost was responding to changes to the duty cycle, it was setup correctly.

Very interesting, glad to see you got it fixed! I am thinking about going this route on my setup, how do you like it compared to an MBC?

Well at first I hated it LOL. But now that I have it hooked up correctly I absolutely love it. The ability to tune boost by gear, rpm and also have ecm link use error correction ( which I don't currently use ) To adjust for different temperatures, loads ect. is Nothing you can get with a mbc obviously, And it's only a $35-$45 part. Also for the FWD guys it allows us to tune boost around the torque curve if needed to improve traction.

Ive read all up on this and have it ready to go on but i fear i dont get the setup yet and the way to tune it in, it all seems a little much for me LOL. I hope i will like it as much as you do, im a noob with this stuff anyway but ive watched a the videos a few times so i got to jump into it at some point and hope it works well

Awesome, all sounds like positives. I'll have to look into this more for myself. I only first heard about it about a week ago.
