Hello friends ! I really need your help.

I'm thinking about to change my stock Exhaust and I'm willing to buy a CATBACK from EBAY.

I've always read here that "A pipe is a pipe" and lots of guys buying EBAY IC Pipes, Exhausts and that. So, I need a "cheap" Catback and I found these 3 options;

*If you know any good CATBACK, feel free to post here.

$103.99 + $85.00 shipping
N1 CATBACK EXHAUST 95-99 ECLIPSE TURBO 3" GST 96 97 98 | eBay

$199 + $70 shipping (Mais bonito)
SRS CATBACK EXHAUST SYSTEM 95-99 ECLIPSE/ TALON GSX | eBay

$115 + free shipping
95-99 Eclipse GST / Talon TSI Catback Exhaust Muffler | eBay

THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!

since its ebay and since you want a cheap choice go with the least expensive one to buy and ship

personally, I would go with the N-1 choice, I dont like the silencer look in the muffler.

As far as good cat back exhaust, search. There is so much info on exhaust here, how to build your own, reviews on exhaust systems and techs on how to install them.

The one I bought had the same picture as the first one you posted although it was from a different seller. It has held up over 2 years and had no fitment issues. The SR-S system in the second link is also supposed to be a good cat-back. As far as I know, they are virtually the same. I have pictures and videos of my exhaust if you want to see them (I have the AWD version obviously).

Per the OP's request, I'm reviving this with pictures (excuse the dirty car) of the cat-back I purchased from eBay. I threw in a video as well (also has a 3" downpipe installed in video). This is the AWD version of the Tsudo N1 exhaust. I'm not sure if they use that name anymore, but the actual seller is "japanimportshop."

I bought the SRS catback and am very satisfied with it. It's been on the car for over 2 years and it still cleans up and shines like new. Not to mention the tone sounds very throaty and not tinny at all.

i know you guys are looking for cheap exhaust... but im pretty sure i have a greddy knock off exhaust... mild steel..... and it has rusted to shit.. ( i live in seattle so there isnt much to corrode steel with here) so.... just so everyone knows... you get what you pay for.... ill be going with megan racings 3" catback.... only 400....

The ebay ones are fine just be prepared to move a exhaust hanger or 2.

They sound awsome too!

I paid $600 for my GReddy catback. Worth every penny :)

You could also go to a local shop which mandrel bends. It's likely you could get a cat back, or more done for 150-200.00

Once you build a relationship there (or if you take them food) You will get work done for free or little cost.

In addition this is a great place to get your custom i/c piping bent.

Once I get my gsx up and running I will get some video for you to check out.

It is straight as an arrow 3 inch to a 45ish% angle out the rear w/ no cat and a straight through muffler. It sounds unique compared to the other 4 I've owned, and most I've heard. IMO it's one of the better exhausts I've heard on a dsm period.

Just got a full ebay exhaust ("went cheap because a pipe is a pipe") downpipe and catback cost $250. my mechanic should be calling me tomorrow about when he can do it, also going to have a test pipe DSMlink is going to be on in the near future. saving up as we speak!:thumb:
Would do it myself but bolts on the turbo are practically welded to the housing and figured go trouble free and have it done by a buddy. will let you know how it is soon!:D

$200 for my ebay downpipe and ebay exhaust. Had it for 3 years with no issue. I got the edge performance cat eliminator downpipe, and the n1 style catback. has a deep throaty sound to it. its quiet normal driving and not that loud when in boost. Ill be buying the same stuff for my gsx. I also followed the "a pipe is a pipe" rule. same with my intake. thats a $50 ebay buy too.

I'll go with the N1. I bought the same exhaust but for my 1G and for the price you can't beat it. I thought it sounded ok, but when cruising 50+ the noise was to much. I got a Magnaflow muffler installed and it's much better now.

Holy oil burn batman!
Apparently you've never lived on Earth where the humidity occasionally exceeds 0%, causing exhaust gases to collect moisture until the engine is at operating temperature.

Holy oil burn batman!

.... oil is blue smoke, fule is black smoke, WATER is white smoke, he isnt running a CAT so that would make sense that its WATER collecting in the exhaust gas, just like justin said:rolleyes: plus, how do you know its not effin cold when that video was taken?
